Taiji Qigong Shibashi
Ten weekly sessions will be held outdoors in nature on the Connecticut Shoreline.
Open to all levels and abilities. Beginning where they are, persons of all fitness levels can practice, in time, moving on to more complex movements that might require increased balance or flexibility.
Qigong is an energy cultivation practice that helps us develop embodied presence using slow, fluid movements. It connects us with the flow of life within and around us. Some of Taiji Qigong Shibashi’s most significant benefits are calm, clarity, connection to our natural world, and the joy of Clear Blue Mind.
Taiji Qigong Shibashi has 18 sequential movements. You will learn each of the movements and the transitions between them so that by the end of the 10-week session, you will have approximately a 20-minute daily qigong practice.
