SIT™ (Six-week Introductory Training) in Mindfulness

"Mindfulness reveals the nature of our own mind, which is clear awareness, that is receptive, boundless, and free. — Mark Coleman

Bayside Boundless Qualities of the Heart Classes

Living more fully, more fluidly, and more freely

“We find freedom when our speech and actions align with our intentions and values.  –Martin Aylward

This course is for those who have previously taken an introductory class in Mindfulness Meditation and for those who wish to deepen their established meditation practice, exploring ways to take their practice off the cushion and into their daily lives.

Friendliness and goodwill, compassion, delight and joy, and steadiness can become the home of our hearts. The heart naturally wants to care, to be a refuge, and a safe place for others.

A boundless heart brings change to the world. We are planting seeds. On an interpersonal level, we can have a significant impact. Trusting in what is meaningful to ourselves is best for everyone and may very well lead to good.

Can we meet life moment by moment, with a wide-open embrace? This is life. This is how it is. These practices teach our hearts to be kind, compassionate, joyful, and steady. By our speech and by our actions, we can change the world for one person today.

There is meaning in moment-to-moment experience. Consider shifting perspective from finding purpose in life to finding meaning. We can find meaning and a sense of wholeness through connection. This is Clear Blue Mind!
