MIndfulness Meditation
The emphasis in Mindfulness practice is on The Practice. Mindfulness is seated in simplicity, stillness, intention, and attention. We take time daily to sit quietly and listen, steadying our attention within, opening to the full range of human experience. Whenever our mind wanders, we gently and kindly notice and simply begin again.
In the practice of coming back from our wanderings to what is just here now, we build concentration and continuity of mindfulness. Mindfulness begins to flow naturally by itself at a certain point, offering a sense of presence and groundedness, well-being, emotional balance, and resilience that fills us with compassion for ourselves and others. We find our bearings; we find our True North.
